2. Select the scoring survey for the course (324/FPGA or 452/Capstone)
3. Rate the success of the team in meeting the specific outcome criteria (See Below Outcome 2 and Outcome 3). Rating done on a scale of 1 – 5 with 5 being most successful.
4. Provide brief comments to address any specific issues.
5. Participate in post-evaluation discussion Nov. 6, 11:30 a.m. in the Eng. & Comp. Sci. Building, Room 201M.
